Here are 3 options around your preferred area.
While all three of the options are quality and recommended, I would specifically recommend the apartment in Masaryk, it is the only one on the (almost) ground floor, it has a good price, and it's perfectly located. though it looks good in the pictures, they do not do justice with the way the apartment looks and feels in reality.
