OneAgent is a B2B tool & service designated for travel coordinators and accommodation bookers.
We eliminate the search process, out of the deep understanding that professionals can’t book the same way everyone does.
We learn the company’s needs according to the travel budget, type of the visitors and location preferences.
OneAgent’s supply contains only professionally managed properties that have been quality checked, and never private homes.

 

Are the apartments managed by OneAgent or belongs to OneAgent?

We handpick the supply in our inventory and only work with apartments that are suitable for our standards, means, our business clients standards.
We don’t own any of the 600 apartments we offer, what makes us unbiased and strictly keep our clients’ interest.

 

How comes that you are able to offer clients a better price than what they can find themselves online?

OneAgent is a major purchasing power, combined with a unique backstage technology that keeps on developing. We are able to get preferred prices and terms than any “regular” user can find online.

 

What happens if there is something wrong in an apartment during the stay?

Well, that’s exactly where you get the peace of mind.
Each guest is connected to a “Virtual Lobby” operated by one of our team members. We take care of each problem instantly and do not involve either you or the guest with the backstage details. We simply provide the smooth solution in the shortest time.
If the problem can’t be solved, we provide a guest different apartment, at the same, or a higher level.

 

Are all of your apartments being quality checked and approved?

Yes, we are screening the supply at first to decide if we want it in our inventory.
To maintain the quality, we also check each apartment prior to your guest’s arrival to make sure it is sparkly clean and has operative amenities.

 

What is OneAgent’s cancellation policy?

The cancellation terms can vary from one apartment to another.
However, OneAgent offers much flexible cancellation terms than what one can find for the very same apartment online.
For example apartment with cancellation terms of “30% down payment, non-refundable” can be found in OneAgent as “Free cancellation up to 5 days prior to arrival”.

 

How does the guest checks in or checks out from the apartment?

The way that travelers for work prefer, all the guests are checking in/out individually via friendly to use self-process.

Currently, we are running our service in Israel only, focusing on Tel Aviv & Jerusalem. We are planned to open more abroad destinations, so if there is a location you prefer, we would like to hear about it!

 

How do I book with OneAgent? How does it work?

Once you are registered as a OneAgent client, we are defining your company’s preferences such as office location, desired distance from the office, budget, types of employees and more.
When you request an apartment for a visit, we offer you several tailored options to choose from, leaving all the mismatches out.
Choose your preferred apartment, and we are taking it from here with your guest all the way through, keeping you always in the loop.

 

What amenities there are in your apartments?

In each apartment, there is free Wi-Fi, a fridge, cooking & eating facilities, linens & towels, actually, everything one might need to live comfortably.
Many of the apartments have a laundry machine, dryer, dishwasher, and espresso machine too.
