We met with Adi from OneAgent back in August as we were looking for an apartment in Tel-Aviv to support our relocation there. Finding an apartment in a city you’ve never been at, while not being there is not an easy task, especially when time is pressing you. To find the apartment we tried different methods, first we tried solutions like Airbnb, but as it seems it’s not good when you want to lease a place for a couple of months instead of days or weeks. Then we tried real estate agencies, again it was impossible to find anything that didn’t require a contract for at least a year while they were asking us to fill some forms asking for stuff that are not exactly relevant for people who want a place to stay for a business trip. On the contrary with oneAgent the process was exceptional, we just defined our budget and our requirements in terms of the apartment size and the location and in a few days we had a number of candidate places to select from. The most important though was the exceptional behavior we encountered, when you plan to relocate to a new place you will need much more than just the apartment. Getting information about the place you’ll be staying, suggestions on how to enjoy the place and the feeling that you can get in contact with someone in case you need something are some of the things that make OneAgent services valuable and unique.
